The Graduate Programme blends graduates from technology and science disciplines with those with a business background. We recruit members of the Programme on the basis of technical ability and personality. We expect technical graduates to be able to demonstrate proficiency as software developers. We appreciate you may need to fine tune your coding skills. If this is the case the Foundation will be running a 6 week intensive coding boot-camp to prepare you to join the Programme.
Technical ability alone is not sufficient to earn a place on the Graduate Programme. Members must have attitudes matching our charitable mission. The Foundation’s aim is to unleash the next generation of British technology companies. We encourage a strong team ethos built around a shared ambition and a commitment to hard work.
