Ryan Hiscott has responsibility for all IT administrative tasks including the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Foundation’s MS windows server, virtual machines, data centre network, switches, routers, VPN systems and networks. This includes maintaining and adding new data to the nginx webserver used by the teams within the Foundation. Outside of work Ryan combines his favourite pastimes sport and photography by running a photography business. His work has been published in the Mirror, the Sun, South Wales Argus, Western Mail and OK.

In April 2016, Ryan became responsible for Recruitment at the Foundation. As a result he now travels across the UK attending Universities and Careers Fair to meet and recruit the latest and greatest graduates. If you see him on the Road, make sure to say 'Hey!'.
